Selling your property free of stress,
costs and commissions.
Never without:
A price in line with the market
Going to the market with an incorrect sales price can lead to ruin. If the price is too high, there will be no demand and the property for sale will become a slow seller and depreciate in value. If the price is too low, the sale may be completed quickly – but only the happy buyer will be really pleased.
Before we take on a sales mandate, our valuation experts carefully determine a price in line with the market. Would you like to make an initial cost estimate yourself? Use our online tool.
That speaks for us
Numbers never lie
Dense commission jungle – not all that glitters is gold
Is your head already spinning from the many different commission models? Based on the qualities of your property and your objectives, we will be happy to show you the advantages and disadvantages of the various commission models.
Buyer’s commission: The commission is paid by the buyer
Seller’s commission: The commission is paid by the seller
Success commission: The higher the sales proceeds, the higher the commission
Flat-rate commission: The amount of the commission is independent of the sales proceeds
Everything included: Only with the Swiss Property Owners Association
Value enhancement measures:
When 1+1 equals more than 2
Targeted value enhancement measures are often worthwhile before a sale. We are happy to coordinate these and, depending on the case, even assume the costs or pre-finance them as a minimum.
Clearance, disposal and cleaning: Get rid of superfluous goods and annoying dirt
Painting work: First impressions count
New floor coverings: An investment that often pays off
Conversion study: What could the floor plan look like after a conversion?
Visualization of a conversion: And what could the end result of a conversion look like?
GEAK: The cantonal building certificate shows the energy efficiency of a property
SiNa: An up-to-date safety certificate increases the value of a property

From our bag of tricks no. 1:
The fine art of home staging
Unfurnished or unfavorably furnished properties are not exactly conducive to sales. Signs of use become visible, rooms appear smaller and the willingness to pay of overtaxed potential buyers with limited imagination decreases. The solution is home staging.
Home staging is very effective, but also relatively expensive. As part of a sales mandate, we cover these costs or pre-finance them.
From our bag of tricks no. 2:
High-quality sales documentation
Our high-quality sales documentation leaves nothing to be desired and no questions unanswered – neither for prospective buyers nor for the financing banks. Our 30-50 page digital brochure provides informative and comprehensive information.
From our bag of tricks no. 3:
Print is dead – long live print!
Print advertising for real estate has gone so much out of fashion that it attracts all the more attention. We therefore present selected properties for sale at our expense in the “NZZ Résidence” magazine.
We are also there for you after the successful sale
Of course, we don’t disappear from the scene after the successful sale and continue to support the seller and buyer, whether it’s warranty issues or legal uncertainties – we solve problems even after the order has been completed.
