- We arrange a free valuation appointment with the owner and discuss further proceedings.
- The owner commissions us with the property sale.
- Upon a successful sale, you will receive a finder’s fee of CHF 1,000.- (for recommendations until the end of 2024 CHF 2,000.-). Payment will be made within 10 days after the notarization of the purchase agreement.
