Simon Hagi is responsible for Human Resources and supports the Front Office in various tasks. With his empathetic approach, Simon places great importance on attracting the right talents to the Swiss Property Owners Association. He excels at bringing people together and fostering an atmosphere of trust through his thoughtful communication, a crucial skill in recruitment.

Simon began his career in the back office of a law firm, where he gained extensive knowledge in human resources, which now benefits his work at the Swiss Property Owners Association.

After completing his Matura in Bern, Simon continues to advance his academic career and is currently studying History at the University of Bern to further expand his knowledge.

A proud Bernese, Simon is a passionate supporter of the BSC Young Boys. In his free time, he often enjoys cheering in the stadium or cooking, with a special love for Mediterranean cuisine.
