Roman Reisenthaler has been active in the banking and real estate sectors for 25 years and has been working for the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2021. With his analytical skills, extensive experience, and motto “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn,” he operates as a senior real estate expert, particularly as a property appraiser. His strengths lie not only in his technical expertise but also in his understanding, empathy, and customer-focused solutions.
Roman began his career after completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of Zurich in 1998, working in Credit Recovery at a major bank in Zurich. A seven-year stay in Lugano and work in the real estate sector fostered a lasting connection to the canton of Ticino. His ten years of experience in property valuation and large real estate transactions at a major Swiss insurance company provided him with profound expertise.
Following his degree in Business Administration (lic. oec. publ.), Roman earned a Master’s in Real Estate in 2013 from CUREM in Zurich (MSc RE) and is a member of RICS.
Roman resides in Herrliberg but also enjoys spending time in Zurich’s Seefeld district. In his free time, he plays tennis and is an accomplished chess player. Roman’s passion for languages is evident in his fluency in six languages.
