Philemon Gyger has been working in the real estate industry for ten years and has held various positions at the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2018. With a passion for mentoring and supporting others, Philemon is perfectly suited for his role as Head of Training. Additionally, Philemon occasionally engages in property valuation and sales for selected cases.
Philemon is known for his empathy, determination, and goal-oriented approach. His in-depth understanding of real estate processes allows him to ask the right questions and sensitize his colleagues to key issues.
While pursuing his now-completed business degree, Philemon began working part-time as a real estate consultant in the Bernese Oberland in 2014, marking an early start to his career in the industry. Currently, he is acquiring pedagogical expertise through a part-time program at the University of Teacher Education in Bern.
Philemon resides in the Thunersee region, where he enjoys spending time with his family and appreciates the proximity to the mountains. He is also an avid sports fan, with a particular love for football and skiing.
