Philemon Gyger has been working in the real estate industry for ten years and has held various positions at the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2018. His passion lies in fostering people, making him the perfect fit as Head of Training. Additionally, Philemon is occasionally involved in property evaluations and sales.
Philemon brings a great deal of empathy, determination, and goal orientation. With his deep understanding of real estate processes, he knows how to ask the right questions and effectively raise awareness among his colleagues.
While completing his economics degree, Philemon took on a part-time position as a real estate consultant in the Bernese Oberland in 2014, marking his early entry into the industry. He is currently enhancing his pedagogical skills through a part-time program at the Bern University of Teacher Education.
Philemon resides in the Lake Thun region, where he enjoys spending time with his family. Living near the mountains also allows him to indulge in his love for skiing. He is a passionate sports fan, particularly of football and skiing.
