Pascal Zatti joined the Swiss Property Owners Association in 2021, where he took over as head of the legal department. He also regularly evaluates properties. Since 2023, Pascal has been a member of both the executive board and the board of directors. In his more than ten years of professional experience, Pascal has developed a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges. His engaging and approachable personality makes it easy for him to connect with people, and he enjoys exploring new situations and questions.

During his studies, Pascal worked as a waiter and cashier in retail. After completing his law degree, he applied his theoretical knowledge in various law firms and government offices. He then spent several years working as a Legal Counsel for major companies.

Following his legal studies, Pascal expanded his expertise in real estate by earning CAS certificates in Real Estate Valuation and Real Estate Management. Additionally, he is a trained mediator, enabling him to find sustainable solutions in complex situations.

Pascal lives in Zurich, where he can often be found either engaging in sports or enjoying a meal at a restaurant. When not in Zurich, he enjoys traveling the world and broadening his horizons with new experiences.
