Dominique Julen has been working at the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2021. As Head of Investment Properties and a member of both the executive board and the board of directors, he leverages his expertise to manage income-generating properties across Switzerland, including rental buildings, commercial properties, specialized real estate, and building plots.

After earning his degree in International Hotel Management, Dominique began his career in operational hospitality and strategic hotel consulting, specializing in hotel real estate.

He furthered his knowledge with a master’s degree in Real Estate Management, completed alongside his professional work, before joining Wüest Partner in Zurich as a Senior Real Estate Consultant.

Originally from Zermatt, Dominique spends his free time in the mountains, skiing or hiking. His passion for real estate and nature is reflected in his dedicated approach to work.
