Nicola Privitera works in the Front Office of the Swiss Property Owners Association, handling customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing support. His experience in various fields makes him a valuable asset to the team. Customer satisfaction is Nicola’s top priority. With around 200 phone calls and twice as many emails per month, he brings a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and develops creative solutions for diverse projects.

After completing his training as a certified commercial employee (EFZ), Nicola gained valuable experience in insurance and financial consulting, which strengthened his understanding of customer needs.

In April 2025, Nicola will begin further education to become a certified business economist (HF), with the goal of eventually earning a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management.

In his private life, Nicola focuses on personal growth. Once an avid gamer, he now prioritizes sustainable goals and enjoys the peace and quiet away from social media.
