Nicola Privitera works in the Front Office of the Swiss Property Owners Association, handling customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing support. His experience in various fields makes him a valuable asset to the team. Customer satisfaction is Nicola’s top priority. With approximately 200 phone calls and twice as many emails per month, he has developed a deep understanding of customer needs and creates innovative solutions for diverse projects.

After completing his apprenticeship as a certified businessman (EFZ), Nicola gained valuable experience in insurance and financial consulting, which further enhanced his understanding of client requirements.

In April 2025, Nicola will begin further education to become a Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF (Certified Business Economist), with the ultimate goal of completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management.

Privately, Nicola focuses on personal growth. Once an avid gamer, he now concentrates on sustainable goals and enjoys the peace of being away from social media.
