These partners and collaborative companies are independently responsible for the received personal data. Their privacy policies apply.
c) Visiting Our Social Media Channels
We have embedded links to our social media channels on our website. This is visible to you (typically via corresponding icons). When you click on the icons, you are redirected to our social media channels.

If the data protection level does not correspond to that of the European Economic Area (EEA) / Switzerland, we conduct a preliminary risk assessment and ensure contractually that the same protection as in the EEA / Switzerland is guaranteed (e.g., using the new standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or other legally prescribed measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we take additional technical measures to protect your data. You can access the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/info/system/files/1_en_annexe_acte_autonome_cp_part1_v5_0.pdf

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the individual purposes for which the data was collected.
Data that we store during your visit to our website is generally retained for twelve months. An exception applies to analysis and tracking data, which can be stored for a longer period.
We store contract data for a longer period as we are required by legal regulations. In particular, we must retain business communications, concluded contracts, and booking receipts for up to 10 years. As soon as we no longer need such data to perform services, the data is locked, and we use it only for accounting and tax purposes.
Data Security
We will keep your data secure and therefore take all reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, access, misuse, or changes.
Our contractual partners who have access to your data are also obliged to comply with data protection regulations. In some cases, it may be necessary for us to pass on your inquiries to affiliated companies. Even in these cases, your data will be treated confidentially.

We can restrict or deny the disclosure of information or data if this contradicts our legal obligations, legitimate own or public interests, or the interests of a third party.
The processing of your request is subject to a legal processing period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to a high volume of inquiries, for legal or technical reasons, or because we need further information from you. You will be informed about the extension of the deadline in due course, at least in text form.

You always have the option to request the deletion or correction of your data, provided no legal retention obligations or a legal permission stand in the way.

Google uses cookies that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.
We have added the code “anonymizeIP” to Google Analytics. This ensures that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there.
Why are we allowed to use Google Analytics?
Google evaluates the collected data on our behalf so that we can get an idea of the visits and user behavior on our website. This allows us to improve our services and the content and design of the website.

With Google Analytics, Google uses the data on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services related to website use and internet use to us.

How does Google Ads work?
Google Ads conversion tracking sets a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. This is done for the purpose of tracking and performance determination.
What information do we receive, and how do we use it?
Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. The information obtained with the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. We thereby learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that allows us to identify users like you personally. The cookies are also automatically deleted after 30 days.
Why are we allowed to use Google Ads?
