Colin Morales has been a dedicated member of the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2020 and currently leads the Member Services department.

With a clear focus on teamwork and quality assurance, he ensures that tasks are completed reliably and efficiently. Colin stands out for his helpfulness, solution-oriented approach, and strong sense of responsibility.

Colin’s professional roots lie in architecture: in 2018, he successfully completed his apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture and then began working in the architecture department of the Swiss Property Owners Association. His growing enthusiasm for the real estate sector motivated him to further develop his skills and deepen his knowledge in this field.

In his free time, Colin places great value on physical activity and sports. Through weightlifting, he finds not only physical balance but also personal challenges and goals. He has already participated in several powerlifting competitions. Additionally, he enjoys exploring new sports and activities, continuously expanding his passion for fitness and physical challenges.
