Christopher Sileno has been leading the architecture department at the Swiss Property Owners Association since the summer of 2019. With nearly 300 feasibility studies for plots across Switzerland, he possesses extensive expertise in quickly and accurately identifying the potential of properties. In addition to land analyses, he has overseen several total renovation projects. Christopher’s attention to detail and his high standards for architecture are reflected in all his projects.

His career began with an apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture, which he successfully completed in 2016. He continued working for three years at his training firm, a small architectural office, where he gained experience not only in classic architectural drafting but also in construction management and design.

After joining the Swiss Property Owners Association, Christopher decided to deepen his real estate knowledge and successfully completed a CAS in Real Estate Valuation.

In his free time, Christopher focuses on strength training and finds inspiration through travel, always on the lookout for fresh ideas for future projects.
