Christopher Sileno has been leading the architecture department of the Swiss Property Owners Association since the summer of 2019. With nearly 300 feasibility studies for plots across Switzerland, he possesses in-depth knowledge to quickly and accurately assess the potential of properties. In addition to analyzing building plots, he has overseen several complete renovation projects. Christopher’s attention to detail and high standards for architecture are evident in every project he undertakes.
His career began with an apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture, which he successfully completed in 2016. He continued to work for three years at the architecture firm where he trained, gaining experience not only in technical drawing but also in construction management and project planning.
After joining the Swiss Property Owners Association, Christopher decided to deepen his knowledge of the real estate sector and successfully completed a CAS in property valuation.
In his free time, Christopher is dedicated to weightlifting and finds inspiration in traveling, constantly seeking new ideas for future projects.
